As a growth-minded entrepreneur, Jessica is passionate about leveraging innovative technology to solve business challenges. Through her background in human development from Cornell University and her MBA in finance & corporate innovation from Kellogg, Jessica is uniquely positioned to design strategic enterprise solutions. is the only female-led company within IBM’s innovation incubator. As Co-Founder and CEO, Jessica creatively builds customer-centric solutions which combat the problems faced by enterprise sales teams and ultimately, enables their organizations to thrive.

Prior to her role as CEO, Jessica worked as a Security Sales Leader at IBM. Jessica has advised numerous Fortune 500 companies on both navigating the evolving cybersecurity landscape as well as how to reduce risk through cost effective and integrated layers of security intelligence.

Through her work, Jessica strives to embrace uncertainty while motivating others to reach their greatest potential. In her spare time, Jessica is a blockchain enthusiast and loves exploring new ways for how technology can add impact to our world.


With an academic background in mechanical engineering, extensive experience in technology sales, and a thorough understanding of how AI can be utilized to better our world, Anna has a tactical, yet creative approach to helping her customers solve crucial, sales-driven business problems. Her ability to break down and explain extremely technical concepts in a consumable and understandable manner sets her apart from peers and competitors.

Before launching, Anna worked as a Technical Seller in IBM Security Sales. She has extensive experience working alongside Consumer & Travel Fortune500 companies, as she helped them understand their security posture and not only evolve with, but get ahead in the security space. 

Now as COO of the the only female-led company within IBM’s incubation and innovation program (Hyper Blue), Anna is passionately driven to solve the B2B sales problems enterprise organizations encounter daily.


While she is an expert networker, connector, problem solver, and future-of-work thought leader, Anna recharges by spending time with friends and family and challenging herself through HIIT workouts and distance running.
